I think Sequator isn't what you need. Stacking in DSS should give you a better result.

I tried stacking, but the nebula didn't even show up, even though 210 frames were stacked.

In DSS, I adjusted the sliders, but I still can't see the nebula—only stars.

I don't know if anyone has had success by adjusting the sliders in DSS itself, but usually the frame is further refined in Photoshop or GIMP. If you'd like, I could try processing what came out of DSS.
