IC 443 (also known as the Jellyfish Nebula) is a supernova remnant in the constellation Gemini.

The object was discovered by the German astronomer Max Wolf on September 25, 1892.

In the sky, the nebula is located near the star Eta Geminorum (η Gem / η Geminorum) – a triple star in the constellation Gemini. It has the traditional name Propus, meaning "forefoot" (or "the forward foot") in Latin (Propus and Praepes).

First light with the new camera, compared to a simple (modded) DSLR – the sky from the ground. This time, guiding failed again. Neither PHD2 settings nor precise polar alignment helped. We'll be overhauling the mount and see what comes of it.
