A test of "what happens if there's no filter at all?" — and here's the answer. It's a mess due to halos.
Interestingly, I then went looking for an anti-light pollution filter with a built-in UV/IR cut that would be suitable for fast systems.
And I didn't find one. There are triband or quad band filters.
Also, you can see here how bad a large APS-C sensor is on the RASA 8" (seems not too bad, though it was promised to be worse).
I deliberately didn't stretch this frame — there's nothing to enhance. This is a technical test of "what happens if..."
