Very difficult processing to get rid of the background and noise — the fast lens causes strong vignetting, so I had to do background extraction twice, and even after that it's hard to tell the Milky Way in the center from its absence in the upper left (I tweaked it with a mask, which is cheating). The astro mod lets you see at least something, but this was more of a test of "what the fastest lens can do" than "we accumulated great frames with a great lens and processed them beautifully."

But the fact that a 50mm lens can deliver pinpoint stars across almost the entire field — isn't that a miracle?
And where it doesn't at the edges, that's because the sensor is slightly tilted after the surgical intervention.
