It can be removed during processing. But how did that happen specifically during capture?

Maybe I should have adjusted the white balance a bit.

Probably. Honestly, I've already forgotten what planetary imaging and processing even is. But if anything, the "extra" green can be removed in Siril or PixInsight (SCNR).
