Everything by the book (manual), Low noise mode & High full well mode
Gain 177, offset set to 80.
In this mode, full well is 19.8, dynamic range 14.31, read noise 0.97.
If shooting something bright, I would set gain 100 in the same mode, where full well is 35.

Why is the gain exactly 177?
And what is the offset in the settings?
