This image captures the Rosette Nebula (NGC 2237), a large emission nebula in the constellation Monoceros. The image was taken with a ZWO ASI2600MM Pro camera and a William Optics RedCat 51 telescope, using Ha (7nm) and OIII (3nm) narrowband filters. Total exposure time was 12 hours 30 minutes (Ha: 8h, OIII: 4h30m). The image was processed in PixInsight using the SHO palette, with 50 dark frames and 30 flat frames. The central star cluster is NGC 2244, located approximately 5,200 light-years away.
