Processed with a lot of help from Claude's advice — interesting that it insisted on bringing out the blue color around the field belt. It says, "there's H-alpha there, but it won't show for you, however at the edges of the belt there are blue clumps of star formation."

Not that there's much blue around the belt, but a few pixels did appear — managed to pull them out.
