I decided to capture M106 along with the surrounding galaxies. In addition to the neighboring NGC 4248, the frame also includes NGC 4220 (above) and NGC 4217 (below), next to which the faint NGC 4226 can be seen. It’s been a very long time since I last sat down to process photos, especially LRGB imaging, so it didn’t come out without flaws. I’ll need to redo it later, but for now, I can’t manage anything more. The imaging took place over 3 nights in March — the 15th, 23rd, and 24th.
