The photo has potential, but the background isn't aligned, the palette was stacked incorrectly, and the stars are lacking detail.

The stars are intentionally clear. As for the rest, I'd like more detail.

Add contrast to the photo, watch the video about palettes, your background isn't black but red, and the glass itself is very good, push the processing further.
