Yeah, but only for a while, so I need to squeeze every drop out of the southern sky.

How was the setup delivered? It's not cheap to move it even within Russia.

Everything arrived in perfect condition, nothing broke.

For the camera, I bought a regular food container at Leroy Merlin and a sheet of Euroblock soundproofing (a yellow, five-centimeter-thick foam sheet). I cut out a compartment shaped to fit the camera, and it traveled like that in my carry-on luggage.
The HEQ5 mount head barely fit into a large suitcase in its original box, but it made it. I already had containers for the rest of the gear, so I just filled all the empty space with clothes and other small items to keep everything from shifting around.
The most interesting part was the case for the tube. I found a musical instrument case on Avito, which was then cut and adjusted to fit the tube's dimensions. This took about two months and a huge number of rivets. Inside, the tube was held in place by the original foam inserts from its factory box, and all the remaining space was also tightly packed with clothes and other items.

Was it a special operation? Was the telescope also shipped as cargo on a plane, or was it delivered by another method?

Yes, as baggage.

Is this how you take photos in the white zone nowadays?

So it turns out), I wasn't mistaken, I shot almost from the city center. The only thing is, I removed local light sources like a street lamp shining directly on the setup (a local grandfather with a stepladder helped) and the house lighting.
