Why are the stars elongated across the entire image? Is it due to poor tracking or misalignment? Somehow, when I looked at the photo in the chat, I didn’t pay attention to it.

Yes, it's most likely an alignment issue, I just can't seem to beat the darn thing )) - the tracking was quite accurate throughout the entire shooting session.

I've heard that the Sky-Watcher 200/800 is a very finicky telescope. I think the TS-Photon is similar. That's exactly why I got myself the 200/1000.
