Astrophotography for me is just a hobby and a field for experiments. My main occupation is writing software. I do not chase beauty and artistic perfection in astrophotography, but I try to make my software do what I want it to do perfectly.

Photos made for publicity, with the help of AI manipulation, collages, star removal, garish coloring or contrast are not for me. My photos are natural, there is nothing in them except what the camera and telescope saw. PGMania does not distort reality and does not bring into the photos something that was not there originally. Only cleaning from garbage and stacking. They may lose in spectacularity, but they definitely win in naturalness, documentary and accuracy. These are my principles.
