In any graphic editor or astroprocessing software, you can set the image size - in Photoshop, the menu Image - Image Size... set the size to at least around 3000x2000, it will look much more logical. Your stars didn't turn out very well, possibly you missed focus, and besides, the background is unevenly aligned - a dark halo around the nebula is noticeable, the center of M42 and the stars are blown out - ISO too high, vertical bands are visible - possibly calibration errors...
That's right, all to the point, this is no longer a photo but rather suffering and a struggle with the mount and the DSLR, let it stay so we can remember where it all began)
