You saw in tgc I wrote that you're not deciding on the mod yet, well I was also a bit scared at first but now I don't regret doing it even though there's a slight tilt
And in your bortle it would be especially good with the ability to give sv220 dual band which cuts light pollution very well
But I remembered that your polar is closed and without it you won't be able to guide normally well and without guiding you won't be able to use dual band normally
So until you can solve the problem with polar well I advise not to consider the mod much
Yes emission nebulae will become easier to get but not drastically better with such short subs
