It turned out gorgeous, soft...
I’ve been reading your articles and see you decided to make a three-barrel setup from the 55. The main question is how to synchronize the shooting. I tried it myself in the N.I.N.A. plugin, but nothing useful came of it—either my hands are from the wrong place, or the plugin is buggy. I lost several nights and gave up. I shoot with the main telescope, and on the secondary one I just set a series to run until morning, then visually catch and discard all the blurs from movements and shifts.
By the way, to test the synchronization, you don't need to go out under the stars. I tested all of this on my home computer without connecting to any equipment.
JSON files are sequences in N.I.N.A. VBS files are scripts that are called from these sequences. In N.I.N.A., click the Sequencer icon on the left, then click Advanced Sequencer, then click the load sequence button and select the JSON file.
This worked. On the main telescope, select the primary file; on the secondary telescope, select the secondary file. I'll try it later this evening. Thanks, but I guess this isn't goodbye.
