Just short of my personal record for a waxing crescent Moon (https://www.deepskyhosting.com/B2fmJd8).

The illuminated portion of the waxing crescent Moon is about 2.65%.

Observation conditions: altitude 6 degrees above the horizon, light cloud cover near the horizon, found the Moon first with 10x50mm binoculars.
