What is meant by "built-in"? The accumulation is indicated above. Removing stars increased the contrast. The stretch was some ordinary one, nothing elaborate. But this is still from a city balcony. In Mezmai, where I usually shoot, the contrast will be even higher. In red, of course, it won't be as contrasty anymore.
I mean it's planned for shooting the object overall. I just went out into the yard and shot for half an hour; the weather didn't allow more. I think 5 hours on hydrogen is a great number for me, good contrast.
Oh, I'm already operating at night. One night per filter and the minimum program is done. For me, for example, I'm getting F3.9, so I'm stacking faster. The ideal minimum is 24-32 hours in total. And yeah, it all depends on the weather. On the reflector, I blasted through each filter one by one, and whatever I managed to stack, that's what I got. The main thing is that there's data accumulated for each filter. But on the refractor, I have to refocus between filters. So there, I shoot one filter at a time.
