Taken without a reducer at the native focus. A reducer cannot be used at all with the AO-8. The reducer has too short a back focus. The AO-8 is primarily used for guiding correction to avoid moving the entire telescope. It does not contribute significantly to detail because guiding is performed on faint (12-13 mag) stars, resulting in a guiding frequency of 1-4 Hz.
The AO-8 provides an advantage at frequencies above 10 Hz.
I had an EdgeHD 11", but it didn't deliver such detail, or maybe I just don't know how to prepare it with this bucket :)
The only thing to complain about is the lack of field in the shot.
