Located in the constellation Cassiopeia.
The bubble is formed by the stellar wind of a massive and hot star of the Wolf–Rayet type.
The nebula itself is part of a giant molecular cloud located at a distance of 7,100–11,000 light-years from the Sun.
The physical size of the bubble is about 7 light-years. Its apparent size is 15.0' × 8.0'.
