And how do you like the camera on this sensor?
Is it worth paying attention to, after the IMX585, for example?

I haven't worked with the IMX585, but my camera suits me just fine. I can say that over the last six months, my photos have improved significantly not because of changing the camera, but due to collimation, precise focusing, and experience. So, let's go over the specifications.
IMX715:
Resolution, pixels: 3840 × 2160
Pixel size, µm: 1.45 x 1.45 (very small)
IMX585:
Resolution, pixels: 3856 × 2180
Pixel size, µm: 2.9 x 2.9 (twice as large)
Conclusion: Cameras with the IMX715 are essentially planetary cameras, while the IMX585 can also handle some deep-sky work. With the IMX715, you can capture twice as much detail purely due to its smaller pixel size, but you'll also have more hassle with panoramas and its small field of view.
