Hello, is it possible to capture this nebula in an orange light pollution zone using a Jupiter 37a lens with four-second exposures?

Hello
I don't know if it's possible
personally i have a borthle 6 sky
I know that if the exposures are not long enough the "dark tail" will be difficult to reveal
I had to repeat myself 3 times to have a presentable image, this one is the same but reprocessed with pixinsight
