M42 Orion

The image is a combination of H (naturally red), S (naturally light mustard), and O (naturally blue) filters. Interestingly, the hydrogen and sulfur clouds are quite distinct, but oxygen is mixed in with them, causing the hydrogen to appear violet and the sulfur closer to brown. So, the colors aim for a natural palette but are highly saturated.
