Good evening! How do I connect an astro camera to a lens? Do I need some kind of adapter?

Good evening! My copy came with a replaceable M42 threaded mount, which was included when I bought it, so there were no issues at all. Everything fit perfectly.

Okay, thanks! So, just connect it via the M42 ring?
