This requires the source file after stacking. If everything is the same on it, then we need to look into the shooting process. If it looks fine on it, then we need to check step by step after which stage in processing this blur effect appears, most likely it's noise reduction. If you can provide a link to the FITS file, I'll take a look in the evening.
Thanks! I'll try to provide a link in the evening. Everything is on my home computer. And the blur - I'll say right away - it's noise reduction, because the noise is strong (in my opinion. I compare with DSLRs I used before. Although their sensors are uncooled, they produce less noise). Darks don't help at all. I set the temperature to -10. On the Veil I already lost my temper - I set it to -20. It seems to have gotten a bit better, but it's still not right. I think I'm messing up somewhere in the settings.
If possible, with the final stack, please send three individual frames selectively; the noisy background is strongly affected by the atmosphere, light pollution, haze, and light scattering from streetlights in fog.

Two questions have arisen looking at the single lights
Under what conditions was the shooting conducted, clouds, fog, streetlights, was there anything that could have influenced it, because for 5min exposures the object showed very poorly
The second question is what noise reducer did you use?
Good evening! There was definitely no cloudiness or fog. There's one lamp and it's far away, and I hid from it. It's the seeing that's been letting me down in recent years: it's as if some kind of film is standing in the upper layers. And the nights on June 7 are no longer nights here. Not completely white of course, but it's a total mess from mid-May to mid-August. Yours turned out more cheerful after processing. What did you process with? I can't remember the noise reducer right now, probably ACDsee or Photoshop. I see that I'm overdoing it with the noise reduction. Remnants of an old photo amateur: I try to remove all noise to zero, as if I'm going to print a 3 by 5 meter poster. I do print them, but in A4 format. And there you can't really make out any noise.
Good evening, it's all simple here—paid AI plugins from rc-astro bxt nxt sxt, so basically I understand the main problem is precisely shooting during the short summer nights, in early June they can be said to be already gone, and also the lens is budget, I think it's not even apo sd glass.
I put 2 shots side by side - yours and mine. Mine is terribly blurry! Now I see it myself. Apparently I do get too carried away with noise reduction after all.
With such a camera, there's essentially not much benefit from darks and biases. I shoot a couple just without them, Siril won't stack, since I stack in auto mode. The main thing is flats.
Yes, starting this year they made them for third-party platforms, not just PixInsight. We need to find someone with a foreign card and cash in dollars. The three of us chipped in 5500₽ each.
Understood. So that means a quality photo isn't available to me yet. We'll look for ways. But for now: what is, is. Thanks a lot for the help! And for the constructive criticism!
Don't give up on yourself just yet, your equipment is good, and that's the main thing. Your processing skills will improve over time, and people do process without paid plugins. I've only been using them for a week myself. They just save time, but if you enjoy digging deeper into the subject, you can get excellent results with accessible tools too.
