Well, you guessed wrong :)
Usually, dark filters force you to crank up the ISO like crazy.
Aperture is everything here—a bright wide lens at f/1.4.
So ISO 1000 was more than enough here.
The photo has EXIF data—if you know how, you can take a peek if you want :)
