The last days of the fading summer brought a few more clear nights, so work on the deep-sky survey at the observatory continued. Some shortcomings from the previous imaging session were addressed, technical flaws were corrected, and new image processing techniques were tested. Note: Sadr itself was located in the upper left corner of the image, just outside the frame, and it literally flooded that corner with parasitic glare.
