Located in the constellation Cassiopeia at a distance of about 7500 light-years. The physical size is about 200 light-years, the visible size is about 150 arcminutes. It consists mainly of hydrogen and dust. At the center is a young cluster of a small group of stars - Melotte 15, these stars have very powerful radiation and a strong stellar wind, which blows out gas and forms cavities inside the nebula, and it also traces the outline that so resembles a heart.
