Cygnus Loop 04 (this image) is Cygnus Loop 03 with star colour corection (less blue, more white) and darker background.
Project Cygnus Loop 03 (previous image):
Siril: S1: Rotate S2: crop_edge_artifacts S3:plate_solved S4: SPCC S5: Crop S6: StarNet: Star Removal S7: VeraLux HMS S8: Veralux Curves S9: GraXpert S10: VeraLux Star Recomposer S11: crop16-9 (saved after each step as additional fit file)
Project Cygnus Loop 04 (starting with final fit save from above):
Astro Wizard AWStep1: defined image as OSC+Dual, AWS2: Orient: Vertical Flip, skipped to AWS8-0: Star Removal=no (tried twice, failed twice), AWS8-1:Auto Colour Balance=yes (looked good...darkening background without losing nebula/stars), AWS8-2: "Darker Sky" x5 stacks (stacks=presses of button) (used 'undo" here a lot.), AWS8-4: "Cool Down" x2", AWS8-5: "Green be Gone"=yes (made a slight positive difference) SAVED.
Project Cygnus Loop 04 -continued with SAVED in Siril... (as I noticed cyan stars and a need to crop out a pretty poor corner of image -bottom right...still not perfect):
Siril: S1: Vertical Flip (sigh), S2: StarNet2 Remove Stars, S3: Color Saturation adjustment on StarMask (to reduce CYAN pretty well in stars),
S4: Pixel Math (required to merge 1-pre star removal file with cyan stars with 2-starless file and also, 3-white adjusted starmask (yes, all three files) as the starmask had a little nebulosity stripped off even with smaller (128) sampling. (This seemed to work well).
S5: Yet another 16-9 crop to get rid of the aforementioned bottom right corner.
