It's been a long time since we've had such weather in Adygea—May was rainy, June was rainy, and July was also damp and cloudy. Thank God, I managed to get three days of shooting, plus some material from last year. In any case, the sky at our latitude is incomparable!
M8 is a giant star-forming region and an H II region in the constellation Sagittarius. Under favorable conditions, it is faintly visible to the naked eye.
It is located at a distance of 5,200 light-years. Its physical size is 70 by 30 light-years. Its apparent size is 90' by 40'.
