I just can't get the hang of separating stars from the background with this camera when using the L-Extreme filter—crying, but learning!))

Nothing, it will work out if you suffer long enough. I haven't even tried this separation yet. I'm just suffering from L-extreme.

From what I've seen about processing, I've only understood one thing: you need PixInsight and a couple of paid plugins for it, then no L-extreme filters will be a problem.
