M27 Dumbbell
Photo description / processing
The Dumbbell Nebula required some extra effort. I captured it in three sessions (September 28, October 1, October 8), and several hours of exposure ended up in the trash due to alignment and guide-scope mounting issues after cleaning. Truly: if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
