I had never photographed this remarkable and very popular object. I managed to get half a night yesterday, all that the clouds allowed. The nebula is quite bright and easy to capture. It is located about 7,500 light-years away in the constellation Cassiopeia. Its physical size is about 100 light-years. Its angular size is 2.5 x 1.25 degrees.
