Setup with Samyang 135 F2 lens and a homemade 2*11 mount.
Camera: ZWO ASI2600DUO.
The mount uses two size 11 harmonic drives and two NEMA11 motors with planetary reducers.
Total reduction ratio: 1000.
OnStep control board, pre-made from Voronezh.
Wedge is ready-made.
The mount itself consists of 2.5 parts 3D-printed + a piece of aluminum channel.
Plus 2 more "shell" parts for the optics + a ring for the focuser belt.
Focuser drive is belt-driven accordingly.

Improvements are needed.
A clutch needs to be added to the RA axis.
Also, the focuser is not very reliable and requires close attention, at least during startup.
