NGC 1760 Stellar Nursery
Photo description / processing
This is the second-largest star-forming complex in the LMC after the Tarantula Nebula, spanning over 1,000 light-years across. CHI-4-CCD captured this beauty for us. Probably spent an hour fixing dead pixels in Photoshop—the calibration in this stack turned out terrible.
